Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Matt Huston is a native Oregonian, and is pleased to call the Willamette Valley his home. He doesn't know if there is any better place to live. Born and raised in the Portland area, he attended the University of Portland for two years, then transferred to the University of Oregon in Eugene. It is here where he fell in love with the town and his wife, Inger. He and Inger where married August 23, 2003 in her hometown of Cottage Grove, Oregon. They call Eugene home and enjoy the diversity that it provides.
Outside of work and spending time with his family, he enjoys many things, most of which are outdoors. He's an avid fly fisherman and loves the moving water. Standing in a river is one of the few places he can be and simply get away from all the worries of the world. If he's not in a river you can find him on the links. He believes that you can tell the true character of an individual by the way they play the game of golf. Not in their swing or score but in their honesty, integrity and attitude. It is one of the only games that requires you to penalize yourself. It takes a big person to be able to do that. Not only that, but he believes it brings out one's true person.
